Sky kids won’t download on holiday

Sky kids won't download when we're on holiday in Spain. The error message says it works only in EU but we're only in Spain. I want to download some programs for the plane

Are you a Sky subscriber at an address in UK or RoI?

Since Brexit, Go and other Sky apps (including Kids) do not work for UK subscribers when outside the UK. For Irish users it should work in EU member states but reports indicate this can be glitchy.
