Discussion topic: Sky+ is linked to an old inaccessible Discovery plus account

Neither sky nor discovery phone support has been able to assist. Sky say the issue is on discovery's side. Discovery say the issue is likely that we are using an old email/account (that I no longer have access to). What is the solution? Can sky not just remove the existing link so that we can start from scratch and link to a new Discovery account?

Sky+ does not have access to ANY apps, including Discovery Plus, so I'm confused by your issue

If you are getting nowhere with either can you not just use a different email address to sign up to a new Discovery Plus account with as that seems to be the easiest option.
