I've been a sky customer (Sky Stream) for 9 months. Shortly after I started my subscription I redeemed a VIP reward that entitled me to get Sky Go Extra for free. I used this to watch Sky Go on my Xbox Series X.
Since then something has gone wrong and it will no longer let me log into Sky Go on my console because it says I don't have Sky Go Extra any more. The VIP reward was not time limited when I redeemed it so what has happened?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

The same thing here. I'm a Sky VIP but cannot get Sky Go Extra.
My son in law has it though and we are both Diamond members.
Can Sky add this back to perks so it can be selected?
