Sky Website says Services Restricted but They Are Not

When I try to look at products to purchase through Sky mobile store I get a message saying my services are currently restricted. It gives me an option to restore my services, however when I click that the next window tells me my account is up to date and there are no restricitons.

 

This is really irritating as I can't look at upgrades etc for my devices.

 

Ar ethere suggestions on how to fix this?

 

I pay my bills by direct debit with no issue.

My partner has a seperate Sky account and does not experience this when using the same devices.

Yes cookies and browsing history have been cleared, both on laptop and mobile (the issue occurs across different devices).
