Sky Vip rewards

Hi I've won tickets on my sky VIP however when i try to put my unique code in to access the tickets its saying its incorrect. I have copied and pasted and also put in manually but nothing. Can anyone help?

It might be worth you sending an emailing to the ticketing team at Sky about this to see if they can help you - support @ skyticketit.com (no spaces)
