I was wondering why the Sky VIP on the app isn't working when it should be. It comes up with a list of reasons as to why I am not eligible when none of these reasons are true. It's infuriating as I keep receiving emails regarding my rewards that I cannot access. Please can someone help as to why it's just not working. I have tried rebooting my phone and uninstalling the app and this hasn't fixed the issue.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
