Sky VIP login to my sky app

I have been trying for 2 weeks to login to MY SKY App, I called spent over an hour on the phone to 3 different peopl who couldnt get me logged in, the last person 2 days ago said it was a fault with the App..... still unresolved ...anyone else had the same problem ?

What problem are you having so what is happening when you try to login to the app ?

HI, I have been trying to log in and or register for 2 weeks to the Sky app, I keep getting Sorry there appears to be a problem with your request, the link you used may be out of date of the address may have been typed incorrectly please check and try again"

 

I have tried to install the App on 2 phones and my laptop, I have re installed on both phones, I have deleted the browser history, I have run an update on both phones. I have tried to use the QR code from my tv Sky to download the App.

I changed the password and email address. 

 

 I have been onto techincal support for over an hour, spoke to 3 different people , we ran through everything, my email is correct they verified.  Nothing worked, the last person 3 days ago said he would send it over to another Technical deptarment, he did think they maybe a problem with the App itself. 

I can log into the Sky account on my laptop , but not the App

 

No idea what I can do now, I cannot get past the Virtual assistant and the chat line on VIP rewards  says its unavailable...I am reluctant to spend another hour plus on the phone....any idea how I can conact the technical department by ...chat ? email ? I did an Instagram chat yesterday, no reply .........

Are you a new customer to Sky or have you previously been with them so have returned after being away for a year or longer ?

Is this the first time you have tried to activate the VIP program on your account so has it been working previously ?

Good question, I cannot remember logging into the Sky App previously, but I have tried to register on the App , not just log in and that gives the same reply, I tried that with the Technician .

When I try to register it says that the account already exists ....!!!! aaaargh
