Sky VIP app not working.

Hello, I have an issue with the Sky VIP part of the Sky app not working. When clicking on any of the offers etc there is no response, I have reinstalled the app, cleared cache but its still the same issue, but I am able to click / tap on the offers if I needed an upgrade, new SIM etc. I am using a Samsung  a34 5g. Thank you.

All you can do is to report this to the apps team via this email address - apps@sky.uk

The vip section is not working on the app and it's very frustrating!!!

Mine hasn't worked for weeks. At first Sky said nothing is wrong and it must be my phone now they are telling me their having issues. But they couldn't give me a date for when it will be back working

Not been working for me for about 3 weeks. Sky advised its a known issue and are working to resolve it. I've asked if they have any idea how long it'll take to resolve & if its a widespread issue. Awaiting response. Feels a bit unfair some people missing out on the competitions & some not.
