Having the same issue can't access exclusive offers, cinema tickets etc.  I have tried uninstall and reinstall still no luck

I'm having the same issue as well - the MySky app opens but can't clik on any of the prize draws or gifts/discounts in the VIP section.

Latest MySky app VIP section not working

Just updated my MySky app on iPhone and noticed most of the VIP offer hot spots do not work. I uninstalled, reinstalled and logged back in to no effect.

Just to let you know, we're aware of an issue with redeeming VIP rewards today, but we have the right people on hand to get it fixed ASAP!
