Sky VIP - Apple TV+ offer "sorry all codes have been claimed"

I have just tried to activate the Sky VIP reward for 6 months free Apply TV+, but the page in the MySky app says "sorry all codes have been claimed". Nowhere in the Ts&Cs does it say there is a limited number of codes, the promotion is still showwing as available so I should be able to get the offer. I have not previously activated a free trial period from Sky VIP, and that is the only restriction on the offer as far as I can see. Can anyone help? Thanks, Nick

Exactly the same thing has happened to me when I tried to do this last night. Phenomenally frustrating

I spoke to tech two days ago about this. They said its an internal problem and should be fixed by 30/11/23. If you look around the Giveaways section there are other offers that say they've run out of codes.

I have tried to claim this offer this afternoon but by whatever means i use to try and find it i am always directed to the app and the offer is not displayed even tho every where else says it is and points me to the non existing prtion of the app ??

It does not look like it has been resolved yet ??

The fix was for the "sorry all codes have been claimed" error message so this was fixed this morning. So for the Apple TV offer have you gone in the "Your festive offers and giveaways" section of the VIP section.

I'm having a similar problem. I clicked the link and presumed all was ok. Until last week, I got an email from Apple TV with an invoice for that months fee. It turns out I was still getting charged each month!  I got a refund then cancelled the Apple subscription.  Next I tried to use the link but it said I had redeemed it. I called on Saturday and was told it was sorted but could take 24 hours. It's still not working and I spent 47 minutes on the phone with various people at a call centre. They would not take any notice of me reading out the email, they said that I'd had an offer from Apple when I joined Apple years ago. Then they said I wasn't eligible for the offer as I  already  had Apple. This went on and on, with more excuses, then point blank refused to take an notice of the email so I just gave up. It's so frustrating,  I'm sure there was a dedicated telephone number for Sky Vip customers.  Can anyone help me with my next move? I need to speak to someone not at the call centre, wasn't there a number in Scotland before?.  I hope this makes some sort of sense. Thanks for reading. Valda
