No idea where to post this but here we go. I use Super6 and have been for around 3 yrs today it won't let me log in it say not available in my country well I'm in the UK I tried everything clear cache deleted the app the reinstalled it but no I'm apparently not in the UK. There is zero customer service help within the app live chat is greyed out. iPhone 15 latest iOS.

I have tried both, been using Super 6 for around 3 years very rarely had issues until today.

I have a vpn but don't use it whilst in UK it's disabled. This is the message I get now when I try to log in. I can log in via iPad but no longer on iPhone

H8 yes I finally did work it out. I do use VPN on occasions and that was the issue. I was searching for an item to purchase on the internet and I kept getting prices in US dollars which I found very odd even when I put UK price in search bar, it took me a while to find out why, I thought there was a setting within Google or safari which I had mistakenly opted for being in the US. Two days ago I used the VPN and must have forgotten to turn it off when I checked I was still signed in on my VPN to New York this is why th3 sky Super6 was telling me not available for my area. Very odd that for 2 days I had been on the vpn more often than not it logs off itself but for some reason it didn't. I am now able to log in to the Super6.

Mine won't let me in here in Isle of Man, but did on a recent trip to London, same phone samsung s24 ultra just different locations, I've tried using a vpn, WiFi and mobile data but nothing accepted here but it used too on my old iPhone 14 pro! Is it a android issue? Contacted Sky Super6 support and after trying various options they were scratching their heads as well
Would like a solution other than logging in via Web page

I give up vpn is no good for Skybet app I have not tried logging in via website if that's possible

Tried several VPNs does not work phone needs location services switched on which vpn cannot hide
