So, I've received a Sky Store gift which is meant to show as a 'tile' titled "Your Sky Store gift on us". I only have access to Sky on mobile devices at the moment as I'm travelling for a few weeks and I can't find this tile or any reference to a 'gift on us' anywhere. I have tried the standard SkyGo app, MySky, SkyStore (both app and online) and there is no link or mention of it. I am logged in. Is there another way to access this gift (which expires tomorrow)? Thanks community!
Im afraid this ban only be claimed via your Sky Q box itself so I take it there is nobody that can do this for you ?

The offer is due to expire sometime today and apparently the selection is that of older films as there are no recent ones in the list.
