Sky Sports app not showing driver onboards

Onboards not work through the Sky sports app live tile. Disgusting service for the money we line skys pockets with.

Tried all the fixes and it's not working at all.

Hi,  I have tried this now again for COTA GP tonight.  Again no onboards only the main view. Tried it on an Android device.  2 iPads of different vintages and an iPhone 15 and 16.  Followed the workarounds which worked previously but DO NOT work for me now.   Very frustrating.  CN anyone here access onboards on a mobile device ?

For info, trying to watch via Sky Sports app on Samsung tablet and Samsung mobile phone. Neither show the on boards as being an option.

Tried the previous "fixes" but no matter which tile i pick it's not showing.

Just logged into the SKy Sports App on my Samsung Tablet - I have to report the Race Control is also not showing any options for me

Being redirected to the "Answer" for an old workaround that does not solve the issue really doesn't help. It doesn't matter how you access it, the only thing that is displayed is "Race Control" showing the main broadcast. There are no other options to select, no driver on boards, no nothing. Annoying considering I had to spam login because of the login error issues. Company worth billions btw.

Please Sky provide an explanation and some level of compensation. We don't want this poor level of service and response for Mexico. If this someone else's fault or problem please say. 

I work for Racing bulls do need onboards to understand how our cars are racing. For us mid field runners onboards and F1 timings are the way to follow the race.

Please ensure the live commentators don't advertise this feature if it isn't working. Or use them to communicate to us please.

I did that. Did not work for me.  Why is there no useful button or link for full sky sports subscribers that let's them just pick what they want to watch? I've spent 30 mins of live race trying to get this to work, nothing in any advice or links worked. I missed a lot of the race that was live in tv in front of me, because I wanted to watch a driver. It is really useless to people if you've paid for a service that you can't use. Genuinely useless.

To all those reporting problems with today's coverage of the USA F1, it would be useful if you can confirrm what you were trying on - phone, tablet etc & whether Android, iOS etc

Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention on the Sky Community. We're really sorry to hear there were issues with some of the F1 features last night. Our support teams looked into it and confirmed there was a problem, which has now been resolved.
