Hi all,

 

I've amended thread title to better reflect the issue that was discussed here which was specifically, Articles not loading on the Sky Sports Scores app after a few hours. 

 

Can users who specifically had this issue let me know if this experience has improved now?

 

If you are still having the issue, please do get me the information I have asked for in the answer post for the thread.

For any users who are having issues separate to the Sky Sports Scores -Articles won't load issue, please do start a new thread detailing your exact issue in full.

Have already provided details in my previous post in relation to this problem. 

App still has the same issue.

Try this from my previous thread....

 

OK, so you can try this. Not sure if it's now a permanent fix yet?

Close the sky scores app

Go to settings on phone

Apps

Storage

Clear cache.

 

Has worked in the past, but then stopped working. Seems to be working OK today.

Not sure for how long?

I have exactly the same issue on my Samsung mobile.

Can't put the model etc. As your site won't allow.

Same issue with Google Pixel 7a. Clearing cached worked but was not a solved as a few hours have passed and same issue happening again.

Hi all,

 

I've started to see that the thread comments are moving towards issues with Live Commentary rather than the original thread topic which was around articles not loading after the app has been running in the background for a few hours.  A fix was implemented to resolve this original issue and at this point I am not seeing any mentioned recently specifically advising this is still a problem.  

 

Moving forward I'm stopping further posts on this thread to prevent any further users using it to voice different concerns to the primary topic. 

 

If you are having an issue other than the topic issue, I recommend following our full Apps support found here which also ends with a contact detail on how to escalate any app issues to the relevant team.
