I seem to be having issues getting score notifications on your app. Favourite team and starred game settings do not seem to work either. I used to be able to change settings and it asked me to confirm my changes. It does not do that anymore. I am finding the lack of updates very frustrating. I have tried all settings/ restarting/ uninstalling etc. nothing works. Thanks.

I have followed the advice to set up the BBC app (although I found it a little more cumbersome, having set up notifications for every team, rather than at a match level when I am interested in the match).
I wonder if Sky read these and actually take any notice, as it doesn't seem to be an isolated fault. Sky Help directs you to this forum rather than let you report the fault.
I shall also post on the App Store page.

I also posted on the Review page for the app on the Apple App Store. About 35 people were already sufficiently frustrated by the same problem to have already posted 1 star reviews!
it strikes me that this is less a fault as they must know by now, but more of a deliberate policy, probably to save money somewhere. But if so they should be honest about it and take the starred matches and other alert features features out of the app.
Is there a forum moderator out there with contacts in Sky who can find out?

It's still not working tonight 3rd October for the Leicester-Forest game.
Notifications arriving ok from the BBC app though.

Score Centre goal alerts stopped working for many user in early September.
I've started a new thread as an old one that was marked as Answered was being used to do new reports. A number of people had recently added posts to say it is not working now, once again. So I've started a new thread for the current (October 22) incarnation of the problem.
Also there are over 3 dozen recent one star reviews on the Apple App Store for the Score Centre app that seem to confirm it is not an isolated fault, and is not user error.
There is no official means to report the fault in an app, everything directs you to use this Community Forum.
Can any moderators who are monitoring the forum acknowledge that Sky is aware of the problem and is trying to fix it, or are choosing not to bother.
In the meantime, similar functionality in the BBC Sports app is working fine.

Well someone from the Community admin read the new topic I started as they have merged it with this old topic and unmarked this old topic so it no longer shows as "Answered".
Having taken the time to read it and amend it, it's a shame they wouldn't add any value by acknowledging it as a problem being worked on, or indeed as a problem being deliberately ignored.

I found an email address for the apps team (apps@sky.uk). I've written to them and will update the topic when/if I get an answer.

Since I upgraded to the latest iso 15 update I now longer get any notifications for any of my teams on the results app. Is there any known problems. I have deleted & re-installed several times to no avail.

Further to my several posts above. The Apps team have at least responded to my email, advising to delete and reinstall and to see if that solves it, if not to provide further details of my phone Etc. .
They haven't acknowledged a known fault though.
I know other users have tried that to no avail, but I have deleted and reinstalled it, and Starred some matches for notifications tomorrow night (5th October) to see if it is fixed or not.
Watch this space .....

Same here so I'm replying to the Sky App team by email (see messages above) with all the details they wanted from me. I will update again when they respond.
It would be useful, if any wants to add to this thread, to know if you subscribe to Sky Sports or not. I don't, I ended my sports add-on package in July. I wonder if they have pulled the plug if you no longer have the Sports package.
