Hi. I have had an error message come up on my Sky Sports Desktop Player for my PC in the last 2 days:
We're really sorry but something went wrong. Please try connecting again.
Picture attached of error message (I can't seem to type the number in of the error code as it is saying this is not allowed).
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the player, but with no change. Is anyone able to offer any help?

Do you use a VPN if so try disabling it ?
