Sky Sports App on iPad

Trying to watch an EFL match live today, on iPad, all I got was "apologies, we can't load the page at the moment. Please try again".

same for all matches

yet can watch using the same login on an iPhone 

can watch sky go no problem, just the sky sports app

tried restarting the iPad, same issue

also logged out and back in again, same issue

and yes, it worked last season.

Same today. Football doesn't work, but golf does.

Contacted them via email and they gave me 4 things to try.

tried them all.

none work.

will now have to ring them
