Sky App occasionally shows 0Gb remaining on all my SIMS

Hi

 

I've noticed that the Sky App occasionally shows 0Gb remaining on all my SIMS then after a time reverts back to the correct figures.

 

Anyone know the best way to report a bug?

@iwaddo I presume it's not just as a result of you using all your data and then it resetting for a new monthly billing period?

 

Is the My Sky app up to date? I think there was an update in late May. Update it and then see if you have the issue.
