Hi Sky,
Can you explain to me how an okay thing can be claimed when I am the account holder and I rarely use SKY VIP? Nobody else has access to my phone, only me, and I get this message.
Looks like all our coupons have already been claimed, but don't worry, we'll be adding more next week. Come back and claim more tasty treats on Wednesday. In the meantime, explore a range of exclusive rewards and experiences in the My Sky app now.

When I say nobody has access to my account, I mean nobody apart from me, and I haven't used it. Nobody else can access my phone. I couldn't care less about the coupon, to be honest, no offence, but the fact that it’s been claimed does bother me, especially when I haven't used it. And please don't insult me by saying maybe you forgot. It hasn't been used by me or anyone else.
