Unable to use red button watching football

My sky sports+ isn't working on my phone or laptop.

In what way is it not working, so when you select a match what happened ?

The screen just went black. On phone it did the same. Connection was fine and it worked the other day

Difficult to say what and has happened and for why, however as nobody else has reported this issue on here it doesn't appear to be a widespread issue at all. See if it will work tomorrow evening.

I went to watch a football match yesterday through the Sky Sports App as I have done many times before - I have the relevant subscriptions etc. However, when I went to load the game on my tablet, it just went to a black loading screen and didn't load. I tried on my phone and had the same problem. I've tried again today on 5G and still nothing.

Is this an issue with the latest version of the app that needs to be addressed/resolved? I managed to get the game through my sky tv streaming box no problem.

Someone else reported the very same issue yesterday evening so as I said to them I am going to check tonight to see if it works for me. For the record what device do you have the Sky Sports app installed on as mine are not Android but Apple ones.

Thanks - yeah weird that it isn't working on either which suggests to me it's an app problem rather than a hardware problem. Both different makes of kit too (Google and Samsung), only thing I can see that's comparable is they're both Android. But it seems to be affecting all live streaming - tried to watch the main channels as well as on plus and it just didn't work at all.
