I've been sent vouchers by Sky via email, but the email link just takes me to Sky Rewards which always gives me:
Whoops, there's been an error Sorry but we are having technical difficulties. Unfortunately, we have not been able to process your request.
If I access VIP via the mobile app I just see the usual list of things I can get as a Sky VIP. I called Sky and they issued me another voucher for the inconvenience. It did the same thing of course..

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
