Why am I not getting the complete program guide on iPad , missing now for 2 days

Are you using the Sky website or an app like Sky Go and what is missing ?

Try rebooting your broadband router and also disconnect the app from connecting to your Sky Q box.

It a new fibre router 3 weeks.  But it's a sky + box.  That needs updating !

Sky+ boxes are no longer supported so the box itself plays no part in the TV Guide you see via Sky Go.

I too get the same in the Sky+ app on my phone.

I assume as Sky no longer support Sky+ boxes or the Sky+ app they have switched off a data feed that feeds the app with the tv guide data.

Not really, its a no longer supported legacy service. In fact you should be hapy its been working for as long as it has been,

Not really as there has been a message on the homepage of the app since May of last year so the only surprising issue is that this has happened earlier. For the time being you can use the search to set recordings and downloads.
