Problem viewing account and product details

I am unable to view billing or my product details when logged onto either web page or via app. I get an error message stating 'Your bill isn't ready' when I click on Bills and Payments

 

If I click onto 'Your Products' I get a message advising 'Unfortunately, we can't complete your order online'

 

Both web and app also advise I am out of contract, however I am in contract for another year

 

I have phoned helpdesk on several occasions to try and get this resolved, but to no avail
