I am a Virgin customer and have Sky Sports as part of my package. I am trying to watch the Premier League live on my iPad on the Sky Sports app and when I log in there is a button to click that says I am a Virgin customer and log in accordingly. Having logged in I go to the live match and it says I need to download the Sky Sports app but I'm on the Sky Sports app and I keep going round in circles. Other times it says I need to download some desktop app to watch it but I'm using an iPad. Any thoughts?
Am I doing something wrong?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou don't appear to be doing anything wrong but as you are a Virgin TV customer you would need to ask them about this incase it is an account related issue or which Sky and us Sky customers can not help you with.

unfortunately it is near impossible to speak to anyone at Virgin that is why I have gone this route.
I somehow doubt it's a Virgin problem as I have signed into the Sky Sports app and everything after that is Sky related.
