Permissions in Sky app
I'm struggling to use the Sky App. I've had similar issues before but they seemed to just resolve themselves. When I open the app I get the error message
"Your account is not authorised to access the My Sky App"
I've been using the app for at least 5 years so not sure why this is appearing. I can logout and then log back in and the error message goes. As soon as I close the app and reopen, the error message comes back.
Once I'm in the app, I cannot even view my mobile bill. It says "this page is restricted". I'm keen to look at how much I have left to pay but I for whatever reason do not have permission to view my own bill...
any help would be greatly appreciated!

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
