Paramount+ won’t let me download to my iPad

I have Paramount as part of my package. On Monday I was able to download a few things as I was travelling. When I went to try and download last night I got a message saying "Download &^ Play Locked. Downloads are not available on the Basic (with ads) plan. Switch to our Standard or Premium Plans to download select shows and movies to watch offline." Anyone know why this has happened in the last 2 days?

This is because the Basic (with ads) plan allows you to access the content on just the one device so you would need to upgrade to access it on a second one like your iPad:

I have the same problem. Paramount as part of sky package. Could download las t week, this week says my package is basic and to upgrade, but you can't through sky !!
