Paramount plus issues with my mobile

Hi, I have Paramount plus free with my Sky cinema subscription, I can't access it on my mobile,it's asking me to log in,

You need to be logging in with the email adress and password you created during the Sky Q activation process via the Paramount + website. You do not use your skyid and password as the login.

That would point to you using the wrong login credentials then. I'm assuming the app works as expected on your Sky device?

What TV service do you have from Sky, Sky+, Sky Q or Sky Glass/Stream ?
