Anyone know what's going on with the online EPG, it won't work. I can see it but that's all, I can't change the day or the channels. I click on Wednesday which is then highlighted but the listings are stuck on today. I tried it using my bookmark & then again by going via Google with the same result. It's happening whether I'm logged in or not. I am using an Acer Chromebook.

You can change to a different day, by changing the url date field.
It lists the date within the url starting 2021 (ignoring the spaces) if you notice and you can take it up to eight days including today.

It's still the same today, is there anywhere I can raise this issue with Sky, like a Facebook page or something - I don't have Twitter or Instagram - to let them know about it? A link would be handy.

I know I've posted elsewhere about this but it does come under the What's On banner as it is about the online EPG which shows what's on 😊. The problem is, it isn't working properly. I noticed it yesterday & it's still the same. I can't change to a different day or change the channels in the sidebar. I kind of need it now I've rebooted the Never Miss 2.0 thread, it's much quicker & easier to use than the TV EPG. So, I'm hoping a Sky moderator might pick up on this ( you know, as a favour to someone who's a long time member 😉 ) & pass it on to those who need to know. Cheers.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@merv60 Creating duplicate threads for the same issue isn't helpful your thread here https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Websites/Online-EPG-not-working/m-p/3756291#M8863 has already had a response.
You can add to the existing thread if required, this one would need to be merged with the origianl thread you created.

@GD1 If you've read the reply you'll see it didn't answer the issue, it only let me know someone else has noticed it.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@merv60 Yes, but crreating another thread isn't needed, responses become fragmented when duplicate threads exist. I've asked for this thread to be merged with the original thread.

@GD1 Well can you un-ask please, as I put my post here for a reason.

I've seen that @caesarome has responded again. I'm quite capable of navigating two threads thanks. I really don't see that it has created any problems.

@lettice Thank you so much for your reply, I didn't know I can change the date like that, it's worked & I've managed to get around the channel not changing issue by clicking on the channel type I want & then refreshing the page.
