On the My Sky App on my mobile I'm not authorised to access the App.

On the My Sky app on my mobile it says my accoubt is not authorised to access the My Sky App. I have deleted and reloaded the App.

 

And in Windows on my PC, I can log in to My Sky and access my products, etc.  but when I go to Billing it says Access Restricted

Are you logged into both with your main primary Sky ID for this account ?
