Hi I'm trying to sign into Netflix in my iPad.
when I put my email / number that I sent up Netflix with via sky.
Netflix says that these details are incorrect. Yet I'm signed in and on the Netflix app on my tv
can you please advise

Can you sign in to your Netflix account on the Netflix website?

No. When I go online to do this it just says number and email are incorrect

What do you mean by number? You login to Netflix with an email address and password which you have created. Is your password a number?
You can always request to change your password on the Netflix website and set a new one.

When it says sign in. It says
email/ number.
I type in my email and it says it this email isn't in use of an account. Please create one.
I type in my number that would be associated with the account. It then says the same

I chest it hsve a Netflix account through my sky. I am currently looking at my Netflix screen. But when I sign on my iPad. None of my details are correct and it says there's no account witt this info

Did the Netflix account exist before you signed up with Sky?

No I got Netflix part of my sky package. I then created an account once my sky was all set up
