I have joined my Netflix account to my sky Q and now I have it in my phone, my main tv and my multi room. All working well. However my daughter can not log in to it on her phone. We have changed password and signed out of all devices and she still can't log in on her phone. It keeps saying password incorrect for this account. It's a standard plan so I know only 2 can watch at once but surely she should be able to log in anyway. Any ideas please? Thank you
