Hi. I am a new sky user who has just had it all setup.
The question I have is that I have been paying for Netflix separately for years. Now that I have it through sky, I have cancelled my independent netflix account so I can start using the netflix through my sky deal.
Problem I have is that I don't know how to login/setup my existing TV or tablets with my sky netflix account.
Any ideas?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAll you should need to do it to login to Netflix on those devices with your usual Sky ID and password. You will need me of these packages in your Sky account before you can access Netflix content on extra devices:
Ultimate TV includes the Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + HD) as standard
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)

Thanks but netflix on my TV asks for an email address, not a sky ID. Also I have the premium netflix.
Still cannot login.

You should have logged into the Netflix app on the Sky device with your existing Netflix credentials: this would then have generated an instruction to Netflix to switch billing to Sky. You can't do this if you've cancelled with Netflix.
