Not had my own Netflix subscription before , Netflix is included in my Sky but if i go on the Netflix app it won't let me "join " as it states I've joined ,, but if I try to sign in I can't as I haven't got a password! I've put my email in for "forgotten password" but not received any emails

any ideas?

If your TV p[ackage with Sky allows you to view Netflix on additional devices then all you should need to do is to sign into the Netflx app with your usual Sky ID and password.
