Netflix no longer recognises TV or phone, locked out!

Was watching Netflix on my phone this morning. Came to turn my TV on this afternoon and it's saying it doesn't recognise the TV! Also checked my phone, not working there either. Tried the scanning option, didn't work. Tried asking to send an email, several times, still haven't received the emails 10 minutes later! Help 😳. Elena

I'm a bit confused here. First, do you have Sky+ (where you've posted)? What's the exact error message when you try to watch Sky on your TV? 

 

Where have you tried sending an email and what for?
