Hi all of a sudden my netflix has changed to Spanish and all the names are different... I'm trying to reinstall however I now get my netflix from sky but I'm not sure of my login details were do I get this information please. Thanks !

You will need to contact Netflix about this so they can be contacted via their website.

Thanks but they have no record of my primary email used by sky.

Have you used the same login details than what you use for your other online services from Sky like access to your online account ?
