Netflix Standard with Ads, how many devices.

How many devices can Netflix Standard with Ads be streamed to at the same time? I don't mean downloaded to watch later.

If it's two, for example the TV and my wife's phone, would she need to set up her own account with her own email, or we just both use the same one for the two of us.
