Can anyone suggest a solution please?

Iphone XS, but religiously kept updated.
Every time I load the app I have to fill in my full email address and password, but pressing CONTINUE repeatedly reloads the login page. Should the app retain my login credentials or is this the same for everyone?

Also it says emailing a 6 digit verification code but that often doesn't appear.

I don't know if it's the app or me, but it's frustrating.

The app should remember your login details so if the app itself the latest version so have you checked for any updates to it ?
