Mysky app is not working
It says "your account is not authorised..." on the Mysky app. How do we fix this? It's been like this for months.

You will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” should be the number to use:
Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.
