MySky app

Not been able to get on the MySky app via any iOS or Android devices since early this morning.
Just a spinning icon at the top.

 

Anyone else having the same?

@lettice  Mine shows a screen that says maintenance mode and a message "Hang on! We're under maintenance" The app is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance we will be back shortly.

 

Guess they are doing something their end so just got to wait and see when its back online

Yes just seen that message appear on a refresh of the apps.
It was just spinning from 5am to 8am refreshing this morning

I want to pay off a phone on the my sky app. Why is it out of use. AGAIN?  SInce last week.

  • Yes my sky app has been like that, for at least 12 hours.   Also my sky upstairs isn't working just stays on the Home Screen or turns off when I press any button on the remote.
