MySky app unread messages notification

Same issue here. It is showing 2 notifications. I went everywhere in the app, but it is still there. Annoying.

I've had the same issue and problem myself. Had to uninstall and re-install app asking them not to notify me about certain things. Pesky problem resolved. I thought it might have been because I didn't have a payment method setup for my sky stream. Tried setting it up hoping it would go away and didn't. Still says I don't have a payment setup now. I think there may be several faults that need sorting out with the app itself and it's none of us that can do that only sky themselves and their technical team.
