I've had no problems with this app until it recently updated.
Ever since I can't get by the page that says 'let's find your account' and asks for the postcode. I've tried all formats: X## #XX and X###XX but I get 'Invalid postcode'.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
