MySky app stopped working suddenly
MySky app stopped working suddenly. The app showed it was under maintenance two days ago, and after that, I was not able to access the app. Whenever I tried opened the app, an error message "failed to login, please try again" pops up.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting the phone, changing passwords to my sky account and nothing worked.
Called the customer service as well and the problem is still not fixed.

Hello, for some reason my iPhone is having this issue, but I figured my iPad can download the app and use it normally. You may want to install it on your tablet as a temporary fix. 🙂

- Mine is doing the same or similar anyway, its saying im not authorised to use the app or sorry. We're having technical difficulties
