We loyal customers are  missing out.Sky should of sorted it out they got enough money.Its not fair.

When they used to give the cadburys bar free to reedem at Tesco there was no problem with the barcode.I got mine everytime.

@Gates68 , actually, if you search back through the forum, there were quite a lot of issues with the free Cadburys from the Tesco offer. With people not being able to scan the barcode and local store staff not having a clue about the offer at all.

It would appear to me that there are fewer people complaining about issues with the weekly Sainsburys offers compared to those who had issues with the past Tesco Cadbury's offer.

Didn't work for me either.

I tried the coupon provided, verified that it was for a valid product, set my phone to the highest brightness and it still didn't work. I then went to customer service and they said that there had been problems with SKY Vip rewards for lots of other people also.

Seems a bit **bleep** to be honest.

Always got the Tesco chocolate never hav issues with Sainsbury's freebies just twice when they didn't stock love corn and when they didn't have anymore whitworths wonder mix but it wasn't a big deal

I'm sure sky will sort the code issues but I've not been affected by the code issues

 I contacted foodreward@sky  via email over a month ago as I have not yet been able to claim any VIP rewards at Sainsburys to date. This was their reply. It's taking too long for them to sort this issue out.

A lot of people have missed out on treats already,i dont see why sky vip have not solved the problem.

Reward for TTD Bites not working in Sainsbury's Salford Regent Road. Sainsbury's refused to try anything or put in manually. They are clearly fed up of the failing Sky app. Not really worth bothering with if it's not reliable.

Can't wait to try Tony's chocolate never tried it before as it's really expensive to buy so was lovely to get it free
