My coupon for my sky rewards ice cream didn't load when trying to claim my free ice cream ... wasn't anything to do with signal .as tried before going into the store ... ended up paying for it!

Your meant to not do it until you get to the till show staff click to activate when at the till you have 30 mins to scan code but when your at the till only then bring up the barcode and scan it

Right i got the ice cream today.There is a way.Don't know if it works for everyone.Worked for me.

The thing to do is activate it then when it gets  to 30 mins press the black X on the white page .Then  leave it on the active page after 20/30 mins the barcode should show dont veiw any other pages on google just leave it on active  page,do this before you go to sainsburys i done mine about 10am today and didnt go to sainsburys till about 12.30 and barcode showed.Got my free ice cream.

Same issue here. Voucher Won't scan. Turned up screen brightness etc. Sainsbury helper said lots of people having same issue. Would help if the barcode numbers were displayed to input manually. Sky chat assistant useless too...

I tried to use my Sky VIP reward at Sainsbury's today but it wouldn't work. I called an assistant who also tried then said there was nothing he could do and I had to contact Sky about it. I've tried the chat it which was useless and kept going around in circles. How can I get help?

Sky can not help as it is up to Sainsburys to accept the voucher but you can provide via this email address - foodreward @ skyticketit.com (no spaces)
