Couldn't get the milkshake as wouldn't scan ,then tried the barcode only half the number appeared so lady told me have had problems with milkshake all day.Then 1 hour expired so missed out this week.

It is so strange a big company like sky who just signed a 1 billion deal with F1 can't sort out vouchers for loyal customers.

Strange - i used my voucher about an hour ago and had absolutely zero issues with it.

Mine didnt scan & only half the barcode was coming up.I think different Sainsburys have problems.Not all Sainsburys,not  to worry try next week touch wood.

VIP Sainsbury's offer doesn't work

Last week and this week when I have tried to get these Sainsbury's treats I'm told they're all sold out. When I get home they're available again.

What is going on?

They're enough of a faff because the code never scans anyway. Now it seems like it isn't even available even though sky emails and says it is. I know I'm not the only one in my family having this issue. Anyone else?

Mark ,  Since I followed your advice many months back ,I've never had a problem with getting the treats. Clean screen, brightness turned fully up  ( on phone) plus your other advice. 
I have also noticed that the Sainsbury's self checkout staff seem to have had some training on resolving any issues we Sky customers might have. Of course this maybe only applies to the Sainsbury's I'm using.

Another thing to note is not all the treats are available in each Sainsbury's

@Mandy291  They used to release at 9am each day from Wednesday until the following Tuesday and then the next treat drops the next Wednesday they release a number of vouchers each day but now they are launching them at different times so everyone gets a chance to get a voucher so last week was 10am and yesterday it was 4pm

I've never got them at set times or days. But this week and last week they say they're available and when I go to the store they aren't available. When I get home they are once again available.

Considering my store is half an hour away it looks like I'll never be able to get them as I live too far away to use the voucher before leaving home within the time limit.

@Mandy291 there isn't a time limit when you claim the voucher, the one hour limit starts when you activate it. So you just need to claim a voucher when they are available if you can and then only activate it ( and start the one hour countdown) when you are in Sainsburys and you know they have the item in stock.

Competitions

I have been a sky customer now for over 30 years. Never once have I won a competion or reward.  Just out of curiosity has anyone ever won? 
Feel like it's a scam ....

Yes loads of issues and when I messaged sky they said there was no problem....2 weeks in a row it's been saying there are no treats available
