Could email sky vip but you wouldn't hear from them for 24 to 48 hours  so no point in doing that maybe there's an issue or glitch just be a case of waiting I'm afraid

I don't believe they do stipulate 9am anymore. Pretty sure that wasn't in the T&Cs when i looked at them the other week, it seems they realise them at random times now to make it fairer for all customers to claim.

For me it was saying that the item had not yet arrived and  check back later and then when it did it  arrive , it said that there were none left.🤔☹️

@Gates68 I would not bother. Looking at the ingredients from Sainsbury's, for the chocolate flavoured milk one- you are better off eating some decent chocolate while drinking milk🤣
