my daughter can never get it to work ,tried cleaning screen,  turning up brightness, tried customer services thhey cannot gget it to work say get in touch with sky , so its not a minority it dont work for.

i got my corn nuts today has anyone had  problems today.it took a while at the till but managed to scan the barcode.

ive got two packets of Love corn save them for Christmas as have long dates also saving taste the difference ice cream for christmas day.

Sainsbury's said there was no bar code & many many customers had the same issue. 
NEVER had a problem with Tesco & the free Cabdury chocolate !

I'm having exactly the same issue with the Sainsbury's free weekly offers each and every time! And before anyone suggests the obvious, yes, I'm shopping at a large store, yes, I'm scanning the correct item and yes, I'm activating it only at the til at the last minute. Mine also don't even bring up the barcodes to try to scan. I've had other shoppers having the same issues next to me and the poor shop staff see it and look to the skies as if to say, here we go again!! They have to refund it manually.

FOR GOODNESS SAKE SORT THIS OUT SKY, it's driving everyone mad!!

Yes. I had the same as always problem of not even getting the barcodes appearing to try to scan. I  have to make the poor staff manually remove the amount. Infuriating.
