My sky app

Installed mysky app in Google play store it Installed but when I try to log in it takes me back to play store again through the Internet to log in to play store and the app will not work ?

Somebody else has reported the same issue yesterday so have you tried deleting it then rebooting your device before installing it again ?

cant open my sky app, tried everything, from google verification, to reset password, nothing works, load of crap it i, am losing faith with sky

Hi anyone else having issues with the my sky app?Everytime a click on product settings or TV on the home screen I get a message saying technical difficulties.broadband and every other setting works fine.Been like this for 5 days now spoke to sky today and they haven't got a clue what's going on.Strange I've also deleted app and tried logging in on browser

All fine here, is your phone's software up to date. Are there any updates available for the app ?

getting same issue spoke to at least 10 agents (sky glass and IDM teams) over 6 hours still not resolved he said he would raise a complant

I was told to ring back in a week if the problem isn't resolved.Ive tried logging in on different tablets still the same
