For about 3 weeks now My Sky app will no longer work. Reinstalled the app and restarted phone multiple times. The update today has done nothing. I can see this is a common problem yet doesn't ever seem to be resolved. I'd love to be able to access my account information again and maybe enjoy some of the benefits sky keep emailing me about but can no longer access - is that too much to ask?

I can put in username and password - different results each time - either you are not authorised to use this app or failed to log in please try again. Sometimes I'm also asked to type in my postcode to find my account which is not recognised either.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Spent 2 hours on the phone this morning with customer services who insists there is no Sky ID team and yet the Sky Expert insists this is the team I need to speak to. Up until 3 weeks ago I could access MySky app see my account and billing and now for some reason I can't - I need help please!
