I've recently got a new iPhone 15. I downloaded the my sky app so I could check my contract details and data detail in the app.
I can log into the app ok and the broadband, sky vip and tv section are working fine but the home page doesn't load and neither does the phone tab (which is what I want it for) I also can't click on my profile button.
I've tried deleting the app multiple times and all the same issue, I've restarted my phone, I've turned off WiFi and just used data and turned off data and just used WiFi all the same.
I presume this is an issue with the app and maybe to do with the launch of the new iPhones but just logging it here to see if anyone else has a fix for the issue.

I haven't done that manually, how do I do that? I bought my mobile as a pre existing sky customer so I'm guessing it's already linked.
